Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days of purchase. (typically within 2 days)

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Economy Shipping: Available on all orders via USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders exceeding $25.00, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. 

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pocketwash (a Kerlin Concept, LLC brand) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If your item is damaged during shipment, please leave everything as-is and document the incident with photos. Send an email to kerlinconcept@gmail.com with the subject “Item Damaged During Shipment” and include the incident photos. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim has been finalized.
